By accessing or using the AffiliateCash.ai website, platform, dashboard, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and AffiliateCash.ai (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
To participate in the AffiliateCash.ai affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel commissions at our sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. AffiliateCash.ai shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. Each affiliate is permitted one account only — duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be terminated and any associated earnings forfeited.

The following traffic sources and methods are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by AffiliateCash.ai:
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending and unpaid commissions.
Commission rates vary by offer, tier, and performance level. Your current commission rate and tier status are displayed in your affiliate dashboard. AffiliateCash.ai reserves the right to modify commission rates, tier thresholds, and payout structures at any time with 14 days' prior notice. Commissions are tracked in real time; however, all conversions are subject to a validation period during which advertisers may review and approve or reject conversions based on quality.
Payouts are processed weekly on Fridays for all validated commissions that meet the minimum payout threshold of $50 USD. Available payment methods include PayPal, ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, and select cryptocurrencies. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider and for reporting all earnings to the appropriate tax authorities.
If an advertiser reverses, disputes, or charges back a conversion that was previously credited to your account, AffiliateCash.ai reserves the right to deduct the corresponding commission from your current balance or future earnings. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any reversals through your dashboard or via email.
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the AffiliateCash.ai platform are the property of AffiliateCash.ai or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting offers through your affiliate links. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any AffiliateCash.ai intellectual property without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including but not limited to account information, traffic data, and payment details. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and processing.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. AffiliateCash.ai does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant any specific level of earnings or results from participation in the affiliate program. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and testimonials displayed on the site represent individual experiences only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AffiliateCash.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AffiliateCash.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your promotional activities, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. You may close your account by contacting support or through your dashboard settings. AffiliateCash.ai may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, any validated and unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out within 30 days, provided no violations have occurred. Commissions associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.
AffiliateCash.ai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Miami, Florida. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
